The success of a company is decisively influenced by the knowledge and motivation of the employees. Experienced employees in particular have extensive expertise and stand for continuity and reliability. During a ceremony, the Dillenburg ceramic producer Ströher paid tribute to his long-standing employees for their company loyalty.
 

Managing Director Patrick Schneider thanked those celebrating their jubilee for their valuable cooperation, dedication and many years of service. "They are all an important pillar at Ströher and have made a significant contribution to our joint business success for decades," Schneider said. "A company can only ever be as good as its workforce, and we owe our success to your loyalty, energy and perseverance." Constants are needed in an increasingly rapidly changing market. "They all show that we at Ströher do not see ourselves as a large family for nothing," the managing director said. 

After expressing the personal appreciation of each individual, Patrick Schneider presented the awards and gift baskets to the deserving employees. Hans Jorzenuk, Abdullah Kuloglu and Willi Ramsbacher were honoured for their 40-year loyalty to the company. Simone Hufnagel, Zymrije Hyseni and Janina Waindich have been involved with Ströher for 25 years, while Stefan Andreas, Karsten John, Ali Kulle, Jasmin Langenbach, Wilfried Strauch, Frank Usner, Peter Weil, Jürgen Wirner and Ursula Valler have been part of the "Ströher family" for ten years.
